There is a demand for people trained in bioinformatics, the convergence of biology and computing.
Bioinformatics is required in a number of biological fields where huge amounts of data is being
generated.

Cranfield Health's Applied Bioinformatics MSc is an excellent platform for people looking for a career in
the exciting field of bioinformatics. It is the only bioinformatics course currently holding a masters training
grant (MTG) award from the BBSRC; an indication of the relevance and quality of the course.

The course is informed by research conducted by our leading academics and researchers, and is highly

Fully funded scholarships are available to outstanding UK applicants in 2012.
