Development of a highly efficient and sustainable building process
The aim of this project is to develop a highly efficient and sustainable building process, to allow construction of adaptable, affordable, and highly sustainable small-scale prefabricated buildings. The buildings are to be highly modular, adaptable and flexible, but sacrificing neither environmental credentials nor affordability. This requires consideration not only of the design of the buildings, but also of the manufacturing processes used for the building materials and for the building itself.
